Pinnacle Glass

I am more than satisfied with the service from Pinnacle Auto Glass; the technicians were very professional and arrived on time, and my windshield was replaced efficiently and professionally. From the very first call, my appointment was set up, and they handled the entire claims process—I didn't have to waste time calling the glass claims department myself. Highly recommended.

If you want real customer service, look no further! From the first call to set my appointment until my vehicle had a brand new windshield in it was exactly 2 hours! The office staff was amazing and the technicians who installed the glass were too! 5 stars are not enough! Don’t waste your time on those people that you see on TV, support independent companies. I promise you it’s worth it!!

My guys Zach and Chandler were awesome. They came and accomplished the job in no time, like true professionals. It all happened so fast it hardly feels like they were here at all. Thank you Pinnacle Auto Glass for coming in clutch when I needed it. I'll be sure to tell others about this amazing company for sure. 10/5 stars!

I recently had my driver’s side door window replaced on my 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid after it was damaged, uand the team truly went above and beyond. Nick handled the replacement work, and Mike in the office kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Mike was fantastic from the start — he stayed in constant contact with me, providing regular updates on the status of the glass, which had to be specially ordered from the dealership. His clear communication and responsiveness made what could have been a stressful wait feel completely manageable. When the part arrived, Nick did an outstanding job with the installation. He was professional, punctual, and extremely careful with my new vehicle. He took great care not to damage any trim, or wiring during the process. The new window fits perfectly — it operates smoothly and quietly, with flawless alignment, no rattles, and full functionality of the auto up/down feature. The finished result looks completely factory-original. Nick tested everything thoroughly before leaving and made sure I was 100% satisfied. His attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship really stood out. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing auto glass service, especially on a newer vehicle like the Tucson Hybrid. Between Mike’s excellent communication and Nick’s expert installation, the entire experience was first-class. Thank you Nick and Mike — you both did excellent work!
