Plymouth Glass & Mirror, Inc.

What a nice bunch of guys. It’s refreshing to see young men who show up when they say they will, are polite, and most importantly really good at what they do. Steve and AJ worked as a perfectly synchronized team. They were very meticulous and finished my new windshield in time for Tony to recalibrate the safety system. What a pleasure not to have given up an entire day off waiting around. I highly recommend Plymouth Glass, especially Steve, AJ and Tony.

Robert Lopez showed right on time and did an OUTSTANDING job on my 2017 Silverado. Everything was clean, he replaced my EZ-PASS and other stickers that were on the windshield. Very polite and informative on when I could drive it and how long to wait before I take it to the car wash. - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thanks again! - Semper Fi

I can’t leave a comment with the QR code. Something didn’t work correctly. I want to say that Kim is great. She is more than helpful and attentive. Joe V, was awesome and kept in touch with me the entire day letting me know updates on when he would be here. He is very personable, well communicated, and a value to your company. Please know he is a great employee and representative of PGM Auto Glass and it was a pleasure to have been able to work with him as the tech to replace my auto glass as well as having Kim took care of me with the second company that you out source to calibrate the camera and sensors. They gave me an issue with coming the same day while I am trying to enjoy my time off from work. . . Kim, Joe V and the manager overseeing the job were all great to work with. I have never worked with PGM however, working with the three of you has been a pleasant experience and I will spread the word should I know someone who needs your services. Thank you again, Michael Morneault

(2025 VW Golf R) I was referred to Plymouth Glass by Crew VW for a windshield replacement. They ordered OEM glass and once it was delivered they got me scheduled right away. Installation was quick and it came out great! They did all the sensor calibrations too. I also received a follow up call to make sure there were no issues! For the car enthusiasts out there, no smudge marks on my car inside or out! There are some shops out that gets the job done but ends up leaving the car dirty or even scratched up, Plymouth Glass does not do that. Great customer service, quick install, and overall very clean. 5/5* 100% recommend

Exceptional service! Exceptional employees! My appointment was scheduled next day. Both the windshield Tech, Teagan and the calibration Tech, Sam called me with ETA!s and both were on time. Both were knowledgeable and friendly, with excellent customer service skills and instilled confidence that the job was being done correctly. This company does a great job hiring! I would highly recommend Plymouth Glass for any and all of your glass needs!
