Precision Auto Glass - Centerville

Well, here is my review today on customer service at their call center: I absolutely hate doing stuff like this. ADHD for the win. I even worked for TechnaGlass years ago, so I know all about windshields. I got a quote online and was comparing prices with other companies when Maycen called me to let me know the quote I received online was wrong and gave me an updated, cheaper quote. She was so kind and polite, and patient (while I looked up insurance policy stuff) and waited while I tried to remember questions I had. I actually ended up needing another quote for another vehicle of mine and she helped me with that, too. She filed the claim, booked the appointments (one will be done mobile and one in shop) and I should have new glass tomorrow in both vehicles! She made it so easy, I regret putting it off for a few months. I love talking to a real person on the end of the line, it just gives me more confidence when I can hear they know what they are talking about. I'll write reviews with my experiences tomorrow as well, but as far as quoting, filing a claim, and booking appointments, this experience was top notch! Thank you Maycen and Precision Auto Glass - you have a new lifelong customer!

The process of replacing our windshield was seamless and stress-free. The staff handled everything--working with our insurance, ensuring we received the best possible replacement, and setting the appointment at a convenient time for us. The technician, Lisandra, did an impeccable job. She was friendly, quick, and extremely competent. These guys are awesome! They came to our house and the new windshield looks amazing, and at an amazing price, very affordable (we didn’t use our insurance, although we could have). Jordynn helped us schedule and was awesome, explained everything perfectly and made all the arrangements. Anthony was our tech I believe and he did an excellent job, was professional, and the process was seamless.

This was a great experience from start to finish. From the beginning Chalissa was very friendly and helpful getting everything scheduled and making sure any questions were answered. She submitted all my insurance requirements which made it very easy for me. Adam was the one who came to replace the windshield and he was really nice and efficient and did a great job getting everything done while I was at work. I would recommend this company.

Replacing my windshield has never been so easy! Olivia gave me great customer service. She got my insurance on the phone and speedy got me hooked up with just a deductible payment and awesome new windshield wipers. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and turnaround time was very quick. I love that the windshield comes with a lifetime guarantee of rock and chip repair. Extremely good experience. Now I know why they have five stars.
