Precision Auto Glass of Long Island

Timely and professional as always. My family has used their services from filling in a cracked windshield to full replacement on multiple vehicles. Every time, the office staff is clear and professional. They call 30 minutes ahead of arrival, arrive on time and leave a clean work area. Thank you for providing such great service.

Great job done by Chris and his assistant. They were super nice and communicated with me on time frame to replace the windshield. Car came out great 👍

Had a windshield replaced by Precision Auto Glass today. They did an amazing job. Christian & Alec were very professional, informative and pleasant to deal with. They didn’t rush the job and even took care of some rust near the window! They were a great team. Would definitely use Precision again & they are who we refer to our customers to as well.

I have just had the best auto repair service that I have had in my 50 years of car ownership! The gentleman who came to repair my windshield was a very personable and pleasant person to be in the company of. He came to my place of work was on time per my appointment and he did an absolutely fabulous job of repairing my problem. The technician whose name was Jessy worked professionally and with a great deal of enthusiasm in fact he actually did things on my car like wipe all of my windows clean without me requesting this. The company was very professional and how they approach my repair. They called me several days ahead of time to confirm my appointment. Then on the day of my service I received a phone call and an email also confirming my appointment and the time of arrival for my technician. Lastly the price that I was charged for spectacular service was extremely fair. I'm not looking forward to getting any more problems with my car windows but if I do Precision Auto Glass is the only place I would consider using! One last thing also totally unexpected I received a nice size can of auto window glass cleaner with the Precision logo name and company information on it I was absolutely floored when the technician gave me this can. I wasn't their biggest customer and I was already extremely impressed and then the can just was the final straw on a great great experience. Thank you Precision Auto Glass.

Had a great experience with Precision Auto Glass. Christian and Diego did an amazing job super professional, efficient, and kept me updated the whole time the work was being done. The communication was on point and the work came out perfect. Lori was honestly the best when it came to setting up the appointment and handling my insurance claim. She made everything smooth and stress-free. Really glad I chose them over Safelite. Highly recommend if you want quality work and great service. They even included a free glass cleaner with the install.
