Precision Glass

Had a really great experience! Trent was my installer! He was informative, quick, and efficient! The best part they could install in the parking lot while I was at work. So convenient!

They did our doors throughout our office and did an amazing job. They also came back and adjusted our doors because our building was shifting a tiny bit.

I'm excited to share the experience I had with Precision Glass Fort Wayne. I looked on their website to get a quote and called them to book the appointment. It was a very easy and fast process. I only had to wait roughly a week to get it the windshield replaced. This was done on June 20th 2025. I waited to do the review, because I wanted to really test and grade the workmanship of the windshield replacement. Trent was the gentleman that came out to do the work. He also had another guy show up to help with it. The whole job took about 30min. Very fast for a windshield replacement. I go to the carwash daily, and I have subwoofers in my car that beat the crap out of it, and it's still holding as strong as it did from day one. No leaks, cracks, nothing. EXTREMELY pleased with the glass and the workmanship. Thank You Very Much, PRECISION GLASS FORT WAYNE!!!

These guys are a five star gem in Fort Wayne. Recently, I sustained a large crack on my windshield that would prevent any type of repair. I was weary of going with safe lite just because I wanted OEM glass. I looked around and found this reputable glass shop. Carrie the receptionist is amazing. She always follows up and was able to get the exact glass I wanted. They worked with the insurance and I did not have to pay a single dollar. Matt, who was the technician who repaired my glass is probably the nicest glass technician I have met. He came out and reviewed the damages. Also did a thorough evaluation of the condition of the car. This shows that they pay attention to detail. I recently took my car out after two days of it sitting in the garage to make sure that the glue had set even though it’s likely not necessary. The glass itself looks brand new and the workmanship without any damage. I don’t think you can ask for more. These guys have my business in the future if I ever have a window chip or need a window replacement.

I'll be honest, I'm always nervous taking my Shelby to have any service performed. However, this morning I had to take my Shelby in for a whole windshield replacement. A stone chip had produced a large crack from driving on a local interstate that was beyond repair. Upon entering Precision Glass I was greeted by Liz who got me checked in and was very reassuring of their process in replacing the windshield. Matt, the windshield technician welcomed me, explaining the process in removal and reinstall as well. Matt was very informative and answered all my questions, also reassuring me my "baby" would be well taken care of. Matt changed my windshield out in under 1.5 hours. Again, Matt took me out and went over the completed installation. Matt took the time to show me what I needed to do in caring for my new glass. Matt pointed out some of the in and outs/features of the OEM windshield. I was very pleased with this visit and would definitely recommend Precision Glass to my family and friends. I hope I don't have to visit them again anytime soon but if the occasion for a repair or replacement comes I know exactly where I'll be going for service. Thanks Precision Glass, I appreciate your professionalism and gratitude during this process.
