Premier ADAS

I booked an appointment and went there, only to find it closed. When I called, they claimed they were "on their way"—or something to that effect—and that the manager wasn't present. I had traveled for an hour to get there; it was a terrible experience.

Outstanding experience! Jeep dealer wanted about $2,800 to fix my 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland's front radar sensor issue (intermittent functionality). Turns out, the sensor was simply loose, requiring a simple clip and recalibration. Austin (technician) did a super job diagnosing/fixing the problem. Total time: about 45 minutes. Total cost: $200. No games here; refreshing in today's world :)! Well done & highly appreciated.

Rear backup sensor issues... Called late Thursday, got me in Friday morning, and had the issue fixed by noon! And get this....no cost!? Ended up being a corroded wire they respliced. Could have been charged for a sensor or two (or even a diagnostic cost), but didn't..... they must understand what returning customers (and honesty) can do for a business! Thanks again Steve

The ownership is top-notch, every step of the process is smooth and professional. Trustworthy through and through, they deliver on their promises with transparency and honesty. Would recommend to everyone I know.

Chris and Austin are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all things ADAS and calibrations. Thanks for the quick response and turn around!
