Prime Auto Glass

They came to our house, did an excellent job on replacing truck front glass. Came on time, friendly. Recommended. Definitely use again.

My wife and I were driving cross country when a truck threw a rock up and it hit our windshield. It started off as a star and was small but over the next couple of days it started running across the whole windshield. I checked with multiple auto glass companies and no one could get us in until next week. I called Prime Auto Glass and spoke with Herman. He was able to get me taken care of today! It took less than 45 minutes for them to put my new windshield in and calibrate my ADAS. Since I am moving into Sonora they now have an auto glass customer in me.

I have trusted prime with all of my vehicle window replacements and have never been let down. He has replaced the windshield and rear roll up window in my k5 blazer and the windshield in my 67 vw beetle, always great pricing, quality glass and quality work. I recommend him to anyone with any automotive glass replacement or repair needs.

Fernando was awesome. He did the job in about an hour in the cold foggy drizzle. I was asking questions as he went about how the job is done, and he was happy to answer and explain the process. Thanks a million!

I had two small cracks in my windshield which would normally be repairable, but because one was directly in front of the front-facing camera, it would affect the safety systems, so it required a full windshield replacement. I called Prime Auto Glass in Sonora and spoke to German, who took care of all the insurance issues and set an appointment to come to my home in Groveland a few days later. Two days before the appointment, he called to let me know that he would be a little later than originally scheduled, which I greatly appreciated. He showed up and did an excellent job, super professional, courteous and meticulous and just a very nice man. I don't know how they could have been any easier or more pleasant to work with. Nice to see people who don't just grunt answers at you and treat you like a problem instead of a valued customer. Highly recommend!
