Pro Auto Glass & Tint

I had a rock chip repaired by Oscar, the owner, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure the repair was done right. The chip is barely noticeable now, and the whole process was quick and affordable. It’s clear that Oscar takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend this glass shop to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement. Great customer service, quality work, and an overall excellent experience!

Oscar was awesome! From the moment we walked in he made sure we were taken care of. We got 2 cars serviced for tint and one for a rock chip. He was able to get us in the same day and priced us fairly. His service was so fast and the quality of the tint looks amazing. The shop is also clean and has a nice waiting area. Definitely recommend and will come back again!

To start; I had previously gone to Pro Auto Glass for a windshield and Oscar did a great job. It lasted for about 2 years until an incident with a semi where it cracked the windshield. I thought to come back to them because they'd been so helpful before. Oscar gave a great quote, and got me in quickly. However, once I paid and went to leave, we noticed sealant all over the hood of the car, sealant on the A pillar, sealant on the door, the clip that holds in my hood prop was broken, and the new glass had a scratch in it. For the scratch they offered free chip repair which is nice, but now I have do body work to get my car ready for paint again. I don't believe Oscar did the actual install, because his work was great the first time. But this time it was not and I'm definitely not recommending people here anymore. I get that employees; especially the young ones; need to learn to do things for themselves, but just imagine if they'd had the same lack of care for a vehicle that was pristine, like so many that came to the shop that day?

I recently had the pleasure of working with Oscar at Pro Auto Glass & Tint in Richland, WA, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the moment I walked in, his professionalism and expertise were evident. Oscar meticulously removed the old, worn-out tint from my car, which was a challenging task, but he handled it with impressive skill and precision. The difference was night and day—my windows looked brand new! He then installed a stunning UV protection tint that not only enhances the appearance of my vehicle but also keeps the interior cool and protects it from harmful sun rays. Oscar took the time to explain the benefits of the new tint and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the final result. The atmosphere at Pro Auto Glass & Tint is welcoming, and Oscar is genuinely passionate about his work. If you're looking for top-notch service and quality results, Oscar is your go-to guy. I left feeling thrilled with my car’s transformation and will definitely return for any future needs!

This shop did the original tint on my Crosstrek in 2021 and helped me out with a rock chip in 2022. This month I had them replace my windshield and re-tint from a rock chip I got while driving across the country. Great service and prices to match, no reason to go anywhere else!
