Excellent Service I highly recommend Pro-Cal! They provided calibration services for my car and also replaced my windshield. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They picked up my car on time, completed the service, and delivered it back on time as promised. Scheduling was easy, communication was amazing, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Awww Man! Don’t even know where to begin! Been fighting with insurances back and forth to get my car back after being hit while parked. After a long dreadful 8-9 months of being in several body shops and mechanical shops I get my car back and it’s still not fixed, my front camera was not working, dash had several codes an faults and just all out of whack not to mentioned the Insurance saying it will be another 10k to fix all these issues and that it was out of there hands and to take it up with the body shop. Stress level has been at an all time high for these past 8-9 months only for it to get even worst after getting my car back!!! I stopped by PRO-CAL LLC. I spoke with Gabriel and Vicki And the customer service was top notch, very friendly and welcoming environment, clean shop and very organized!! He got my car in and taken care of same day!! Definitely knows his stuff and saved me from a 10k bill that I couldn’t not afford. If you want Honest, Knowledgeable, Fair Pricing and MOST IMPORTANTLY good quality work!! PRO CAL LLC.
