Dan at ProGlass is professional, honest and dependable!!! The seals in the insulated glass on our garden window unit became unsealed during the extreme cold period during winter and moisture collected inside the window. Dan replaced the dual pane glass expertly!! Looks like a new unit!! Excellent estimate, neat and clean work, courteous and friendly! He’s our Go To guy for anything he says hey can do!! Worth every penny and then some!! Quality work!!

Company was very professional and polite. We had an emergency and needed a window repaired ASAP. They came and made their measurements and the following day replaced it. The installer professional that came to repair the window was polite and very knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of window repair! I purchased a dresser and two side table glass toppers from Pro Glass Works and had a great experience. The owner Dan provided an accurate estimate over the phone and came by to confirm measurements before fabrication. Communication and turnaround were excellent. Kurt delivered and installed the glass professionally, wearing gloves and thoroughly cleaning everything before installation. I’ll definitely use them again for future glass needs.

Pro Glass Works did an excellent job replacing a window pane that had moisture from a broken seal. They came immediately to measure and the new window was installed a few days later. Carlos ( I think that was his name) was punctual, pleasant and his work was excellent and spotless. We would definitely recommend Pro Glass Works.

I’m very disappointed in the service we received. The owner was being very disrespectful and said if I threaten him or harass him on any social medial platform he will take further actions to court. However I wanted others to know about my situation. They came in for a glass repair the third time. First time a guy that works for them came in but he didn’t do the correct size so the glass came out too big or too small I believe. Then the owner came and they fixed the glass however the next morning this is what we woke up to. As I called him he said he wouldn’t cover all the costs and we would have to pay half. Let me remind you we already have paid a certain amount which wasn’t cheap either.he told me basically that it wasn’t their fault and everything was done properly, but then it’s our fault? Which is so not right I believe every customer should be satisfied. It’s not my fault the job wasn’t done properly. And I have every right to share my point of view of the service, so in the mean time if you guys want to take this to court because “ I wrote a review on the service that was done” you can, but a little heads up don’t try threatening others saying you will take further actions to court when all i said was WE SHOULDN’T BE PAYING FOR THE GLASS MATERIAL THAT WAS BROKEN THE VERY NEXT MORNING!
