Quackt Glass of Columbia SC

I rarely come across people with genuine kindness and integrity anymore, so I truly wanted to take a moment to recognize Gary Farrell from Quackt Glass. After my little one accidentally knocked my rearview mirror out of place, I honestly expected it to turn into a stressful and expensive situation. Instead, Gary came out, calmly assessed everything, fixed the issue quickly, and didn’t charge me anything. What stood out most was not just the repair itself, but the sincerity behind how he treated me. The company easily could have turned it into something bigger, but Gary showed honesty, professionalism, and real kindness. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or transactional, that level of integrity leaves a lasting impression. I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and highly recommend Quackt Glass and Gary Farrell to anyone needing honest, quality service. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism during a stressful moment.

Very good customer service! They called my insurance company and handled every for me. Even had next day repair available. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Brad was my service tech and he was awesome and came first thing the day of repair and replaced my windshield in less than an hour!

Christian H. and Greg W. provided a meticulous windshield replacement for my 2018 Ram ProMaster City. As a retired glazier, I can honestly say they did a remarkable job. There wasn't a shard of glass to be found! My vision is much clearer now, and the windshield looks factory-new. I highly recommend keeping these guys on your team, and I suggest giving them extra vacation days and a raise!

Chris and Greg were done in less than an hour. A Baseball size Stone hit my windshield on the interstate yesterday on my way out of town, and I booked Quacked Glass immediately following as I continued on my trip. Very happy. Thank you Quacked Glass Team.

Best in the business! SJ was so helpful, kind, and professional and went right to work replacing my windshield after a tree limb fell into the drivers side. After he finished it was almost like it never happened! I am so thankful for the guys at Quackt Glass the whole experience was quick and easy, I can tell they all take pride in their work and they do it well! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass repair or replacement!
