R&R Auto Glass inc

I can't recommend R&R Auto Glass highly enough. Rafael, the owner, went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my windshield replacement. I'm extremely particular about my vehicles, and Rafael was patient, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure an OEM windshield was installed, and even worked with me to ensure my XPEL Prime XR Plus windshield tint was redone exactly the way I wanted. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. The installation was flawless, the communication was excellent, and it's clear that Rafael truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers' satisfaction. It's rare to find a business that takes this much pride in what they do. If you need auto glass work, don't hesitate to call R&R Auto Glass. They earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you again, Rafael, for the outstanding service!

I had the windshield replaced on my Porsche Taycan, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were extremely professional, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. After the installation, they noticed the windows needed to be recalibrated. Instead of just handing the car back to me, they took full responsibility. They personally took my Taycan to the Porsche dealership, paid for the calibration themselves, and returned the car to me in perfect condition. That level of customer service is very hard to find these days. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was 100% right, and I truly appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend R&R Auto Glass to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service. Five stars without a doubt!

I cannot recommend R&R Auto Glass Inc enough, seriously 5 stars all the way. Rafael helped me replace the windshield on my 2016 Subaru Impreza and the entire experience was AMAZING from start to finish. First of all, they gave me the best price I could find anywhere. Rafael was incredibly nice, professional, responsive, and honest throughout the whole process. He gave me an accurate time estimate, explained everything clearly, and there was absolutely no nonsense or upselling, just straight to the point and excellent service. I had my windshield replaced on December 19, 2025, and to this day the windshield remains absolutely perfect. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. I left extremely happy and I can confidently say that if I ever need another windshield replacement in the future, this is the ONLY place I will go to. I highly recommend R&R Auto Glass Inc and especially Rafael, he is the best! And Rafael, sorry it took me so long to finally write this review 😭 but you truly deserve it. Thank you again for the amazing service!

Honestly, I was nervous about getting my windshield replaced—didn’t know who to trust. But I’m so glad I found R&R Auto Glass! They handled everything perfectly, and now my car is back to 100%. Couldn’t be happier!

It’s a difficult task to find quality service for my 2011 Maserati GTC so when I had a rear window regulator go out I started the search on the internet. I contacted R&R and got an estimate. Raphael was very knowledgeable and agreed to install the OEM part I purchased for the job. The estimate was less than the other shops I contacted and they were able to schedule me within a couple of days. The initial appointment was for 4hrs. After getting back home I tested the window with the top down and found that it required further adjustment. Raphael scheduled the adjustment within 48 hrs and even provided transportation for me to get to work and then back to the shop to pick up the car when it was completed. The regulator and the window now work flawlessly and it was accomplished without the drama and excessive cost for repair I constantly run into. I will be using R&R for any window repair moving forward and highly recommend that you do too!
