I put a “project” on Yelp requesting a quote from various vendors who could fix my window on my rear passenger door. I needed a regulator and motor replaced. I bought the part myself and needed the service to do the job. I remember pushing “enter” on my phone requesting the quote and my phone rang immediately! It was Moe and what a pleasure. He made me feel heard and made sure I had all the information needed to make sure I had the correct parts for my vehicle. I made an appointment with him for the next day. I arrived with my part and within a hour the work was completed and a HAPPY CUSTOMER went away and I wanted to write this feedback to say “Thank You Mo” .. I would give you 10 stars and wanted to let everyone know where they should call especially if they want great service with a great customer service team. Keep up the good work helping people… it was a awesome experience.

20/10 Experience – The Best Customer Service I've Had in a Long Time I can't recommend Moe enough! After an exhausting, stressful week, I needed to get my car window replaced, and from the very first phone call, I knew I was in good hands. I actually made a mistake that could have ended up costing me money, but Moe caught it immediately and kindly helped me fix it. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. Right then and there, I knew I wanted to do business with him. When I arrived, he was even more genuine and welcoming in person than he was on the phone. He treated my 5-year-old son and me with so much kindness, offered us snacks, made sure we had a comfortable place to sit while we waited, and made us feel completely at ease. My son had an amazing experience too! He left with **two little toy cars** and was smiling from ear to ear. As a mom, those small acts of kindness mean so much. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only did Moe give me the **best price in town**, but my window was replaced in **under an hour**. The quality of the work was excellent, and the conversation was so enjoyable that we honestly didn't even notice the time passing. Finding an honest businessman with great prices, outstanding workmanship, and incredible customer service isn't easy, but Moe is exactly that. Having your car window broken is never something anyone plans for, but if it happens, don't waste your time shopping around go see Moe. I've already referred three people and will continue recommending him to everyone I know. I put off getting my windshield fixed for way longer than I should have. A rock chip turned into a huge crack after a cold night, and I finally broke and called. From the first phone call, the person I spoke with was straightforward — no upselling, just asked me what I needed and gave me the quote right away. No little annoying sales tactics like I experienced calling other companies. After calling a dozen companies, I could tell that this one was worth my trust. I made my appointment the next day after. They had the whole thing done in under 90 minutes. The new glass looks perfect — I drive a Mercedes E350 and was concerned because my type of car needs technological recalibration of the lane assist sensors and all which they did wonderful. Will absolutely use them again and what’s really cool is they give you 3 complimentary rock chip repairs.
