Outstanding customer service. I had a bad windshield seal on my 2019 F150. I was not looking forward to the replacement cost of this glass. Nick at the Lexington, KY location looked at it and thought he could save the glass and reseal it. I scheduled a repair date and and Nick was able to remove and reseal at a minimal cost. It was a great day! It only took him an hour. The whole staff at Rite-way was great. I'll definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing their service.

From the first phone call to the installation of the windshield, it went perfectly. This is a company my insurance company uses, and the whole experience was outstanding! I was impressed with the excellent communication from their office and the technician. I asked to install around my work schedule, and they absolutely complied! The technician also calibrated the front facing camera on my vehicle after installation. I highly recommend them for your windshield replacement. One the best I’ve ever dealt with. They came directly to my workplace and replaced the windshield on my Jeep Wrangler right in the parking lot, which made the entire process extremely convenient and stress-free. Tristan the technician was very polite and professional done an amazing job. 45 minutes he was in and out. I couldn't believe how quick he got the job done. I would recommend rightway glass 10 outta 10 times to anyone wanting glass replaced in their vehicle. I have 2 more vehicles that need a windshield and rightway definitely has my business locked in for life. Speaking of lifetime all their products and work have a lifetime warranty on the glass and work as long as you own the vehicle. Love me some rightway glass.

Top tier service!! Greg was super nice and got me scheduled ASAP while being flexible to my schedule. The tech, Jordan, arrived on time, completed the windshield install in 30 minutes, and was very professional. He was very respectful of my car and belongings, making sure not to harm the custom wrap, dash cam, etc. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. The icing on the cake, it didn’t hurt the wallet much. Very affordable pricing. Trust me, schedule the appointment!
