Rochester Auto Glass & Mirror Co.

Amazing, fast, affordable and professional service, I had my front windshield replaced and was there less than one and a half hours. The receptionist is very kind and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the service and I recommend this company.

They are extremely kind polite and helpful. Im truly pleased with thier work. Would recommend to anyone looking for anything glass or mirror, home or auto.

Have my receipt not even a year later I called them because I woke up with a crack on my windshield, “ I’m sorry, but it’s not covered under warranty. Seems like it’s weather related weather related is not covered under warranty” We live in Rochester for crying out loud you’re kidding me right. Worst place dude smh

Awesome business, best price in town and got me in within a day when a tree branch took out my back window and windshield. They were able to replace both in 2 hours just as advised and did a wonderful professional job. Nearly $200 cheaper than Safelite and no BS. Highly recommended

Seemed like a decent place and a fair price. Noticed when I got home. Pretty sure they scratched my car. Can't be 100% sure but I've never noticed a scratch there. There's also a large gap at the top of the windshield on the passengers side that I don't remember before and that's not there on the drivers side. Was recommended this place by a family member. Don't think I would use them again.
