Rock Doc Auto Glass

This is, without a doubt a top tier crew offering top tier service. I accidentally called them instead of Safelite and that was the happiest little accident I could have made. These guys quoted me a price far below Safelite, they made an appointment the next day. We're ready for me when I got there. Finished the work in 30 minutes. And they offer a comprehensive warranty on the glass they put in. I drove with a broken windshield for YEARS because I couldn't find anybody who would do the work reasonably and quickly. Cascade glass said they needed the car for a week to replace it, Rock Doc had it down in 30 minutes. Safelite jerked me around and wouldn't give me a day or time to get it fixed at all! The owner seems like a great guy, every member of the crew is friendly and you can tell they actually like working there. If nothing else, get the work done here and support good people at a local business. They deserve it, and they will treat you right. Also they have a lizard in the main office area and that's rad. Edit: I return to update my review with another good experience. Rock Doc got us setup with a partnered tinting shop and got everything lined up and moving! Very pleased since my factory 40% was peeling on the drivers side.

We had an amazing experience replacing the windshield on our Tesla with Ray at Rock Doc Auto Glass! The shop is clean, welcoming, and very professional. The service was fast, flawless, and exceeded our expectations. Ray took the time to answer all of our questions about the insurance process, and since he works with most insurance companies, everything was smooth and hassle-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly throughout the entire process. If you need your windshield replaced—especially if you own a Tesla—we highly recommend Rock Doc Auto Glass. Thank you, Ray, for the outstanding service!

The Rock Doc was an overall pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and they were able to get us in on short notice since we were visiting out of town. Before and after pictures of our star rock chip added at the end. They also have an arcade and a cool iguana

Update: now 4 times in and the service & job is still just as great! Hate to admit we’ve had to come in 3 times in the last two months, but every time these guys do an incredible job. Especially with this last beast of a chip! They are fast, really good, and so helpful with all the insurance stuff. Will continue to come back if needed, but hopefully we’ll get a break from the rock chips for a a few months.

Holy Crap! Rock Doc is amazing!!!! Jamie helped us out, she was great. So smooth, insurance was able to cover it! By the time Jamie finished with insurance my windshield was already done! Justin worked the magic on the windshield. This is the only place!
