I had such a great experience with Roy’s Auto Glass! I called my insurance company on Friday about a cracked windshield and told them I wanted to use Roy’s. Roy’s called me back that same day and explained that the windshield should arrive Monday or Tuesday and that they would inspect it before scheduling my appointment. They called Tuesday as promised, scheduled me for the very next day, and my husband dropped the car off. Less than two hours later, the new windshield was installed and the car was ready to be picked up! Everything was so easy from start to finish. They communicated exactly what to expect, followed through on everything they said they would do, and got the job done incredibly quickly. It’s refreshing to have this kind of customer service. I would definitely use Roy’s Auto Glass again and highly recommend them!

Samantha was kind and patient on the phone when I called to get more details on a windshield replacement. She walked me through the process and everything was scheduled with ease. Eric and Shawn arrived promptly for their estimated time frame. Despite the ridiculously hot weather, they got the job done and were highly personable. I had a crack in my windshield right before my inspection sticker expired. I got a quote from the big corporate auto glass company but wanted to look around to compare. I found Roy’s driving down Rt20. Called the office at right before they closed, had a great conversation with Ben. They beat the price from the big guys and told me they could get me in first thing the next morning 14hrs later. I decided to wait at their location while the work got done. I was in and out in less than an hour. I just finished a 3.5hr road trip in the snow up to VT from Worcester and there’s no leaks or any issues. They gave me an info sheet with the right care instructions. I’ve never had to replace a windshield so I’m thankful for that. Their team was polite, professional and efficient. Definitely choose these guys over the big brand. Thanks again!!
