I cannot recommend this place enough! I had a broken rear windshield and was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment through their easy online booking. They even called me to see if I wanted to come in earlier. While I was there, they noticed a small chip on my front windshield and took care of that too, plus they handled absolutely everything with my insurance company so I didn't have to stress. Their waiting room had great Wi-Fi, and the staff was incredibly professional. I was out of there in less than 90 minutes. 10/10 service—thank you for turning a stressful day around so quickly!

Ok, I try not to be one of those people that just roasts people on public reviews over trivial stuff, and I realize stuff happens that is beyond the control of businesses. I get it. That said, I’m done with Safelite Glass. I scheduled a mobile install a couple days out and paid in advance. My time slot was 12:00 - 4:30. I get it, new windshields require camera calibration, etc and can take a while, ok. I take the day off work to get some stuff done around the house while they do the windshield. 4:30 comes and goes - no calls, no texts, no emails. I figure they forgot about me and let my daughter take the car. 4:45 my phone filters an unknown call, no voicemail, 4:50 the installer finally shows up. I get that workers get behind - giving somebody a 4.5 window is BS, no call/no show is BS. You can’t call the local shop direct, you have to go through the corporate call center who wants to reschedule. Why when a company wastes 5 hours of your time and won’t even call to let you know they’re not going to make it, would I reschedule? If that’s the business model, you should get somebody in there that knows how to schedule installers time and routes to ensure you can perform the work scheduled, and try try staying in touch with the costumers burning their time waiting for you. I’ll usually give a place a second try if they call and apologize for wasting your time, that’s not what they do, I guess it’s take it or leave it at Safelite. Cancelled the order and going to a local place with good reviews.

Great Experience. Luis called me on his way here as promised. Upon arrival, he had me move my car to a more easily accessible place for him to perform the work. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. He also explained the after care / wait time to remove tape and how soon I could wash my vehicle. He completed the service ahead of schedule. Luis was very experienced and very customer service oriented.

As far as the install of my windshield and rear slider window, they did a good job. It was a clean install. Where they lack is the clean up. Nothing was vacuumed in the back seat of my truck. There was glass everywhere. The bed of my truck had glass in it as well. The tech told me they do the best they could to remove the glass shards from the broken back window. I would recommend the glass shop but be ready to have to clean up after them.

I had tried in the past to disassemble a tight small windshield and that was difficult, I am grateful Dominic was able to look into and give me advice but had the strength to understand my opinion about the work done. Reliable and safe with clean job. Take a look before and after
