There were lots of missteps. They booked me into the wrong location, so i had to reschedule. The installer was unable to calibrate the sensors, so I had to go back again. They tried to get me to sign a waiver that said I would not hold them responsible for any harm that would come to me or the car because they did not calibrate. I refused to sign.

My windshield was cracked by a stone flying from a truck while driving to Vermont on vacation. Within 24 hours of contacting Safelite in Barre, my windshield was expertly replaced (thank you Mr. Swayze!), and my trip was back on track. These guys were friendly, careful and efficient.

The team at the Barre/Berlin Safelite were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! They handled the insurance claim, contacted me with any questions and promptly notified me when service was completed. When I picked it up, my windshield was so clear I could barely tell it was there. All my cameras and sensors were recalibrated and working just like normal. It really was as easy as the commercial says :)

Technician was fine. But he left all the manufacturers stickers on my car. I called central number and local barre store about my prior repair being credited against the replacement. I called Several times. It was never credited. I called the local store. Nobody called me back. I am still waiting. It is an extra 170$. Very frustrating.

This Safelite team was excellent and my new windshield was installed quickly while no detail was overlooked! Absolutely recommend Safelite 100 percent. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He demonstrated a high level of skill and the installation was quick and thorough! Adam vacuumed the interior removing every shard of glass from the interior console, upholstery, and floor of my vehicle. Adam was extremely professional and didn’t miss a single detail! He even cleaned the windshield post installation! I sincerely couldn’t believe how professional, skilled, thorough, and quick the coordinator and technician worked. I highly recommend Safelite!!! I’m immensely grateful to this specific team and I was very thankful they had my windshield installed at my location roadside within an hour and I was able to proceed with my journey..
