Safelite was very easy to use. I scheduled online in the morning, they called and verified my insurance, the tech came out in the evening and repaired it. It was very quick and easy. Sally was my technician and she was amazing. She was very personable and knowledgeable. She kept up great communication throughout the while process!

There was a 4 hour window for tech to get there to my home to replace window. He was running 2 hours behind. It rained off and on but tech continued to work in between rain. However, the gaskets around the window were not sealed. He didn’t have a work order to replace the wiper and I could hear lots of shattered glass inside the lift gate. I was advised to bring the vehicle to Safe Lite and they check out those issues. The next day, I brought the vehicle to Safe Lite. I was there 4 hours waiting for those repairs. I had to asked what was the salary. Finally? I was called to the window only to tell me that there was a problem with the lift gate and I could bring my car to the dealership because they could not correct the issue. I was a bit frustrated at how much time was taken out of my schedule. I would have appreciated if someone could just keep the communications open and update me about the problems.

Scheduled and paid in full for a windshield repair. Waited 8-1 pm and no technician showed for mobile appointment. No communication, text or call. I had to call 1800 3x to get it escalated to shop manager. A nice woman called from BR office to reschedule appointment for next day. I ended up going to shop for the repair. Gentleman at the desk Cole (may be misspelling name) was very nice and helpful. Car was ready couple hours later. Noticed leftover rubber and debris left behind and some glue caked up in right side of windshield. See attached photo. Overall, new windshield installed and no leaking from windshield.

Appointment was 3/3 at 2pm did not leave until after 5. Crappy work have to take back tomorrow for warranty. There is a chip in the top corner of the glass, the seal is not done properly, the plastic molding pieces at the bottom are loose and not properly put back. It appears the employees were more worried about flirting with the lady at the front desk rather than completing jobs in a timely and correct way. Now I have to take time off work again for their mistakes PLUS come out of pocket for another inspection sticker that I just purchased last week once the new windshield was installed. 😠 Update** second windshield was replaced with their warranty on 3/9 they used they wrong seal and it was folding over with clear gaps behind the corners of the glass, glue was dried on the front panel of the car on the paint 3/13 a service technician finally came to me, replaced the windshield for a third time and used the proper seal. He could tell immediately the seal was incorrect. He took off as much glue from the paint as possible. His work was 💯 times better than the Local Baton Rouge location off exchequer. 3/16 took the car back to the shop and they buffed off the glue.

Convenient locations, friendly staff, quick service! My work travels between Baton Rouge and Lafayette Louisiana. I can schedule repairs day of and I leave with a smile. Windshield changed less than 1yr ago and had more than 5 chip repairs it’s still going strong. Shout out to Baton Rouge location near Siegen ln and Scott location near Lafayette.
