I liked the service mostly. I deducted 2 stars because he didn't hook back up the windshield wipers washer fluid hose. I could not clean my windshield. 😔🤷‍♀️. If my mechanic had been dishonest, he could have said the pump went out. I was the last appointment of the day, so maybe the glass installer was in a hurry to get home. 🤷‍♀️. Everything else went well.

I Saw ads on YouTube and I had a day off so I went in. The reception/wait area was super clean you notice right when you walk in. The girl at the front desk was super nice, very warm and friendly! ( and that is a big deal! Your front desk person automatically sets your impression of any business) She was very informative and help me with my Insurance company. She said, You are welcome to our coffee bar while you wait.” They got to me right away and the service technician was also very friendly and professional. I the wait time was 20 to 30 minutes for the crack in my windshield to be repaired. Excellent experience all the way around! I definitely recommend for anyone to use them! 100! You have a lifelong customer now!

I’ve used satellite several times and have never had a bad experience. This time however, I used the mobile option where the technician came to my home to replace my windshield. The Technician I had was extremely proficient at his craft and had my new windshield and sensors reset in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this service and company for all your windshield services.

The technician was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional and worked in a timely manner. A big rock hit my windshield on the way to work and was fixed in less than 2 hours. He came to my job so I didn't miss work and that is a huge benefit that Safelite offers. Posted before and after photos. My fear was the the spreading of this big starburst. Thank you Jesse!
