I dropped my car off at 8am sharp and it was finished by 1015am for a full windshield replacement, I made my appointment online the night before. My whole Safelite experience was excellent! I had been trying to replace my front windshield for 9+ months, including quotes from the original dealer (Honda) and then eventually learning that my regular mechanic doesn't do windshields any more. A friend told me that Safelite will actually come to ME to do the repair, and sure enough they did. And the whole process was extremely easy and convenient, including the technician being excellent. AND it was cheaper than both my earlier quotes.

The customer service that the employees and management provide here is absolutely abysmal. I will admit that the work was completed quickly, when they called to tell me that everything’s completed I informed them that I will come to get my car the next day, the lady said okay no problem. Upon my arrival to get my car at 4pm I find that the place is closed. Their posted hours are from 8am-5pm and it’s crazy to me that I showed up an hour before their supposed closing time and they were already gone! I called corporate to complain and their only solution is for me to come back the next day. They fail to realize that some people have busy schedules and refuse to acknowledge their wrongdoing for not being open during their advertised business hours. To add insult to injury, once I finally got my vehicle back I notice a scuff on my brand new windshield. I could never recommend this joke of a business to anyone and I sincerely hope nobody I care about brings their car here.
