Safelite AutoGlass

The installer, Ian, was punctual, professional and competent! Communication with him was excellent. I would definitely use Safelite again. The call center reps were nice, but not always as knowledgeable as I would’ve preferred. I wish I would’ve been able to call the local shop directly in order to set up this service.

Booked online, it was easy, fast, good availability. They reached out to confirm they had the right piece available for my car, so convenient and friendly. I am a working mom, so being able to text back made it easy and seamless. I opted for in shop repair and was amazed at how fast they were able to replace the windshield. Great service, no complaints!

Super nice guys. Fixed chips in a timely manner. Only complaint is they need to clean the waiting area and bathroom. Floors not clean and bathroom was needing a cleaning as well.

Great service. Dropped off the car in the morning and picked it up in the evening. Made an appointment for a rear window replacement. A couple days before my appointment, I received a chip in my front windshield as well. They were able to add on the chip repair last minute, even though it wasn’t part of the original scheduled service. Windows both look perfect! Can no longer see the chip as well. Saved me from shaving to re-tint an additional window. Great service and techs.

Easy solution for a cracked windshield, right in my driveway! Both the technician and the booking agent answered all of my questions and were delightful to work with.
