I had my windshield chip from a rock that hit it on the freeway repaired super quickly, within 24 hours. Fantastic customer services, easy scheduling and the technician Issac was courteous and skilled. The technician drove to my work, saving me time and having to rearrange my schedule. The chip is barely noticeable, and with the guaranty, I’m not stressing about it spreading to another area. My insurance company worked directly with them, and there was no out of pocket cost or increase of my insurance premium. EXCELLENT on every level and highly recommended.

Excellent work on my mini Cooper countryman. It was so easy to make an appointment and to get everything done in a timely manner. My windshield looks better than factory and I did get an OEM windshield. They just did an excellent job. Thank you so much. It was a pleasure to do business with a company as reliable as Safelite. I appreciated their mobile service, so I didn’t even need to take off work to get the job done. The technician was friendly and professional. He arrived on time and replaced my windshield in the given timeframe. Side note - the windshield is remarkably clean. Like crystal clear. I thought my old one was fine but, wow, what a difference!

Great experience. They came to my workplace and replaced my windshield in 45 minutes. The installer was courteous and professional and even called me before the appointment to ask if he could arrive a bit earlier than planned. This was mostly covered by my auto insurance, just had to pay a $100 glass deductible.

Safelite’s service was excellent from a customer’s perspective. The technicians arrived promptly, gave me a few quick instructions, and immediately got to work replacing my broken rear window. They mentioned it would take under an hour, and it was actually finished even faster than that. I really appreciated their professionalism and personable attitude.
