Lorenzo was great as a windshield installer. He was very friendly very positive and very experienced in what it was doing. Great conversations we talked about a job and families and different things. Great employee for Safelite glass. I hope that you have other employees that can mimic while Lorenzo is doing for your company.. I have left other reviews for other companies but the employees never get a pat on the back. I hope Safelite is not like this, and that you notify Lorenzo's supervisor and him on a great job that he done.

Was well informed throughout the process from start to finish. The technician was very professional. Also there was no issue with my location and a time that suited me. Yes, would recommend.

Michael was a great technician and person!! Lovely to deal with, exceeded expectations and was a truly kind individual. Fit us in even with sporadic weather at best and still did a fantastic job with compromising integrity of the new windshield replacement. Great experience, thank you, and I would definitely use Safelite again, and ask for Michael to be my technician!

Christopher took great care of me and explained everything before he started the work! Very pleased that he showed concern and care that made me feel he appreciated my business! I had my windshield replaced, calibrated, front wipers replaced and air filter changed and was very happy with the service!

My technician Richard was amazing. He saved a medal medallion that my deceased husband had placed on our windshield. When he found out I was recently widowed he work with his management to get my additional services discounted then paid the balance himself to help me out. He was so compassionate and professional you need 100 more technicians like him. The only issue was the delivery of the parts needed, and you guys made that super easy as well. From the young ladies in the office I spoke with all the way to my technician I would 100% recommend you guys to family and friends.
