Safelite in Cross Lanes is easy to find and access. The staff are friendly, helpful, and the waiting area is clean and cool in summer. There are no pushy attempts to sell their “extras”, and I appreciated that.

Overall a good experience! The staff were very friendly and I appreciated the texts I received throughout my repair process letting me know how long it might take to when they started and were done. I also appreciate being informed that I may still have a small bit of damage as my windshield was a small dent/crack that could be easily filled. Will use again in future!

Same day service, came to my residence. Neat, professional, timely and friendly service. Effortless on my part. I was driving with a new windsheild within hours of initiating the research of auto glass companies in my area. I was lucky enough to see they had 'come to you' availability that same afternoon. Perfect.

Charles was amazing!! He replaced the windshield and cleaned up the area. He called me to go over everything as I was unable to be present at the time of replacement. Will definitely use Safelite again.

Small chip in windshield tech came out to fix it. Got a knock on my door to let me know the chip spidered and now I am responsible! Call the shop to see what they can do and I’m told it happens, you signed the paperwork, just put it on your insurance!!! Stay far away if a chip is unstable and going to crack just wait until it cracks and replace the windshield!
