09/03/2026 U*P*D*A*T*E 😀 😃 🙂 SAFELITE HAS REDEEMED THEMSELVES! After speaking with Gerald at The Cheyenne Store he sent an awesome young man named Chris to my home & he had my car fixed in about 2 minutes! Chris also assured me that if there's any further trouble with the rear view mirror / camera cover that they will order & install a brand new one. IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT! THANK YOU SAFELITE 😊 In Cheyenne Wyoming the young lady at the desk is not at all pleasant. The guys that took my car in & said it was complete were GREAT! Then I had to return because I couldn't properly adjust my rear view mirror, the first young man fixed it right away. 2 days later the cover for the mirror fell off & I can't get it to stay on, I'm thinking it's broken. The shop is 100+ miles away, taking it back will be expensive. I paid $449.70 for the windshield & I'm not happy with the repair. UPDATE: I just read a bunch of the reviews left here & I'd like to say that the replies from 'owner' are at best PATHETIC!, WOW I cannot believe them, I'd be willing to bet that they are AI canned replies or that a human even cares.

I will remain a customer of this Safelite! They took great care of my truck today and they offered our family a blessing that made the difference in my day 🥹💖. I hope they receive the kindness and blessings tenfold at this location and in their business. Thank you Safelite team for reminding someone in your community that there are businesses and people in Cheyenne who have hearts for others in hard moments!

The guys in the office leave a lot to be desired; they canceled my appointments for weeks without notice and then ask me for a VIN on the 4th canceled appointment that led to the 5th one where the install happened. But the installer was friendly, fast, and efficient. The installer made up for the others short comings IMO.

first off, i have used safelite many times over the last 20 years with no preoblems, including this local shop. tht being said...NEVER AGAIN! safelite has gone seriously downhill. 2 appointments, arround 12 hours total, plus had to pay someone else to remove my aftermarket lights because of safelite policies. 1st apointment...3 hours just to be told they couldn't do the work. made a second appointment, plus an appointment to pay someone to take the lights off. no safelite tech showed up, after about 6 hours had the light put back on, drove to to safelite (because you can't call directly- and the customer service center couldn't reach them). got to the shop to find no tech had been assigned...drove back to the other shop to have the lights removed, again.. then finally had the windshield replaced...couldn't replace the wipers because they use some random off brand that didn't fit instead of the quality wiper theyv'e used in the past. lots of "i'm sorrys" but a serious lack of communication, scheduling and overall service. the tech who was finally assigned was great though. company policies (they say they can work on any vehicle...but some lights are too much for them.

Excellent service from Nathan and the crew at Safelite Auto Glass. It was a Saturday night and I was passing a semi truck hauling cattle on interstate I-80 when I heard two rocks hit the passenger side and with the hot days and cold nights of spring time in Cheyenne Wyoming they started to crack, I immediately got an appointment in the shop and I was in and out with the repairs in less than 45 minutes!
