Safelite AutoGlass

Safelite was very easy to book through their website. They were great about confirming the appointment and gave me a 2 hour window for arrival. The technician worked quickly and was finished in about 1.5 hours. The windshield replacement looked great and we were very happy with the services from Safelite.

This was my second time using Safelite in about a year and a half. The appointment set up was smooth and easy. They took care of interacting with my insurance company. The follow up appointment confirmation could have been better if Safelite had not attempted to sneak in charges for new wiper blades and windshield treatment that I didn't request. The installation technician could not have been more wonderful. Trevor, from the Hubbard St. location in Chicago, was extremely professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job with the installation.

My rear left window was broken into overnight and I needed to have it replaced ASAP. I went onto the Safelite website and I was able to book an appointment for the following day. I received a notification about the tech that would be replacing my window as well as a total amount for payment after the service was completed. My tech Timoteo was very responsive and answered all my questions. The work was finished in about an hour and I am very pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend to others.

My passenger window was replaced by Safelite in Feb, with glue instead of being screwed into the brackets. My mobile appt wasn't honored and I had to bring my car to the shop! The window broke easily weeks later, I was not in town. I called Safelite's customer service, was given a very very future date for a warranty appt. I went by in person to Safelite and talked with the tech on a Wed to expedite. I brought in the pictured glued brackets and he dismissed it as a standard practice. I left and went and Googled & found a mobile glass company that honored their mobile appts. They came to my residence and I watched as they professionally fixed & secured my window with screws the proper way. This mobile company arrived Friday late morning of the same week to fix my window. I was out of town 30 miles away when the window broke! I didn't appreciate or feel comfortable driving that far with a black garbage bag taped to my window!! I was totally disappointed with Safelite's way of conducting business, especially ads regarding mobile service and how Corporate and local Safelite handle these types of issues!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alec from Safelite Glass Installation, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Alec was not only punctual and professional but also incredibly knowledgeable about the installation process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which made me feel at ease. The installation was completed efficiently, and the quality of work was top-notch. Safelite is truly a great company, and Alec is a fantastic representative of their commitment to customer service. Highly recommended!
