While replacing the windshield in my 4Runner, the technician JoseAli dropped and broke the new windshield and had to reschedule. I understand accidents happen, but what he didn’t tell me is that he broke my antenna and failed to replace pieces of my dash!! I’ve tried to reach out to the company with no success!! Also, there was an extra charge after he rescheduled as if I was the one who requested it!!

A rain-soaked branch severely cracked my windshield on a recent camping trip in North Carolina. Safelite came to the campground to replace the windshield. The technician was very personable and professional, and had it replaced in less time than initially estimated.

Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations Curtis. Tech drove off with my keys leaving me carless for hours, and the cowl of my windshield is now warped “it will go back down in a day or a week.” Don’t worry though, I missed my 8 month olds Dr appointment. Called every number I could Find. The customer service tried to call the shop, no answer. They tried to call the tech, no answer. Doesn’t seem like anyone knows how to fix anything. I would advise people to search for a more professional shop. “We have warranty though” like I’m gonna trust this rag tag show with any more of my time. Find a mom and pop shop who actually cares about the work they perform.

Stephan replace the passenger side door window with great professionalism. My damaged windows was replaced in no time. Stephan show up on time and show out with his skills and proper tools. Thank you boss!
