Windshield was not at the shop when I arrived. No call was made to me before I arrived. Found Damaged paint and broken trim. Honesty and communication would go a long way when things like this happen. Work was performed quickly though. Less than a hour.

I simply reported my windshield damage online and Safelite was recommended and I was able to schedule the appointment for a few days out. It was very quick and they were very professional. No problems at all.

Problems arose with our original at home repair due to absences of techs that would perform the work. We had immediate travel needs and the folks at the shop were understanding and helpful. They arranged for us to be able to bring our car in and worked in our repair. The result got us on the road sooner than the original appointment would have. Very grateful.

Here's a Safelite location that deserves special recognition and a 5-star rating. Our car's windshield was struck by a rock that resulted in damage in the field of view. After contacting our GEICO insurance agent, the claim was immediately processed while I was on the phone, with an appointment confirmed for the following day. Upon our arrival the windshield was already at the store with the installation process was performed by technician Hunter and completed ahead of the timeframe quoted. Our vehicle has an extremely complex Intelli-sense safety system mounted to the windshield and was re-calibrated perfectly and without problem. All of the staff at this location are very professional, courteous and knew their product extremely well. Upon completion, our car was left clean with absolutely no signs that complicated windshield work had been performed. The experience is everything that a customer would both expect and want from service of this type.

Very quick to get my windshield crack repaired. My technician was very nice and made me feel as though I was the only customer. He explained the process really well before the repair and made sure I was happy with the end results. He vacuumed my floors and cleaned my windows. He was a super great guy. I would highly recommend Safelite to anyone and I wouldn't go any where else.
