Safelite AutoGlass

The best Safelite repair shop I have ever been to. Clean office, courteous staff, well run and one of my pet peeves is a clean restroom. I will travel the 1hr anytime I need a shop to repair my vehicle. I have full glass coverage through my insurance.

I reported my glass claim 6/2, since then, Safelite has reached out to me 4 times to reschedule. I have an appointment scheduled for 6/18 between the hours of 8am-12pm, rain is not supposed to start until 11am yet they are calling to reschedule once again because I do not have a garage. You would think because they can see in their notes that they have already rescheduled me 3 times, that they would be considerate and have the tech have my vehicle be the first one of the day since the arrival time starts at 8am. I called my insurance provider and thankfully was able to schedule with another company who will be there first thing in the morning on 6/18 rain or shine. Do not recommend Safelite to anyone.

In my experience, they did a quick job, and I left behind a very special coffee cup. When I returned two days later, they had it there, and they cleaned it and returned it to me spotless. They are very responsible people, and I recommend them to everyone. Thank you for doing a great job.

Windshield replacement was fast, team was excellent. Chris was nice to put rain repellent on my car the next day.

Quite disappointed The windshield itself was replaced okay that's nice noticed a couple of the gaskets on the side of the hood not done right. Driving in a snowstorm I knew I needed some wiper fluid so I stopped at O'Reilly's bought a gallon of Rain-X all season put some in and it wouldn't squirt onto the windshield it's a snow storm it's like 20 something degrees and I'm on a highway. I cleaned my windshield manually and drove to my next destination and planned to fill the reservoir clean the windshield better and see if there was something I could do about it not spraying. Couldn't figure out what was wrong thought that the reservoir tank was cracked or something. But got the windshield cleaned and drove home. The next day I took the cover off and noticed that the wiper fluid hoses would not attached and that it was dripping out of the outlets. Now I have a mix of water and some of the one gallon Rain-X all season in there which I have to get out because it's now going to freeze. Safelite told me to go to the location you don't have to do this yourself they'll take care of it for you just drive in they'll fix it right away if it's something they did wrong. I was told when I got there oh no you have an appointment on Thursday you have to keep the appointment but we could make it one day earlier Wednesday. Disappointed and pissed I could have done this myself but I'm also concerned that their mistake cost me a gallon of wiper fluid. Then wanted to text who's sitting there says I'll take a look at it. Grabs tools couple minutes later comes out I pull the cover off I say right the egg pops the hoses back on that's it nobody took care of me it's like oh you got wiper fluid in there no I got water. Next time I'm not going to Safelite and unfortunately I know there's going to be a next time because that's my second windshield this year I'll go back to Tesla.
