It was very easy to trust Safelight with the care of my car. Daeshawn showed up on time and was very professional! He finished the work in a very timely manner and was just so polite and kind! From appointment set up to Daeshawn pulling out of the driveway it was an excellent experience!

This company is a great company but the company's location in Daytona Beach holly Hill on Nova Road is very very unprofessional there's cursing in the lobby by the customer service Representatives they don't schedule you properly the technicians feed your cars around and drive them like they're on a derby truck there are no snacks but all the machines to provide some the lobby is very unclean and unsanitary and organized the customer service manager does not have any emotion or empathy for anyone else and the secretary who anxious the phone spends more time outside with her personal calls and cursing behind the desk while customers were in the lobby waiting . But the technicians do a great job they tell you directions how to take care of your newly installed when children they also offer a new kind of windshield wiper and they insured you on that also but Safelite itself is a very good company they do good installation and they are suggested by most insurance companies I would use a flight again just another location

John did an excellent job replacing my windshield. He was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. The installation was completed efficiently, and he took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. His attention to detail and quality workmanship were outstanding. One of the best parts of this was i did have to drop my car somewhere or wait for a long time in a waiting room. They come to your house. The teach arrived bright and early as scheduled. He was friendly and helpful. The windshield replacement went very quickly and I was very pleased. My rear view mirror was perfectly re-mounted and the overall placement of the windshield itself was great except it does interfere a bt with my windshield wipers. Overall I would definitely recommend this service. if all of their techs were a great as the one who serviced my vehicle they will be very pleased
