The waiting area is nice with tables and TV. They also had coffee and water. Their service is efficient. I was told my replacement and calibration should be done in 2 hours that I was welcome to wait, however that turned into 4 hours because of some Error on my Subaru with the eyesight, but they took care of it. They should give people more updates, so that their clients know where they are standing.

The technician was very professional, courteous, and arrived promptly. The repair was completed in about 2 hours, and I was very pleased with the quality of work. I gave 4 stars because I wanted to reschedule the time of my appointment, but it was nearly impossible to speak to a representative. The entire system was automated, which was a bit frustrating. Improving customer support for scheduling changes would make the overall experience even better.

I had an appointment for 8am this morning to have my windshield replaced. The job was completed in just 70 minutes, including calibration. The price was affordable. I had previously requested quotes from other shops, but they estimated the work would take three to four hours and cost 30% more.

Very professional experience. Office staff was friendly and helpful. I inspected windshield upon my arrival to pick up. Excellent installation by Sean with everything in place. Easy pass and inspection sticker expertly reinstalled. I would definitely recommend Safelite.
