Safelite AutoGlass

They couldn’t break my windshield wipers free, but I was able to do it and they got me right back in. I’m very grateful.

Incredibly kind staff. Very clear communication. Consistent reminders and confirmation. Comfortable and clean space to wait while work is being complete. Only took an hour to replace my front windshield, but I would have been just as content to wait if it took the full 2. I would always recommend Safelite for window repairs/replacements.

After my husbands Jeeps windshield was hit by a rock and broken, all I could think about was ho long we would be without a car. Safelite made it easy with an appointment in days and they came to the house. Zach, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done in no time at all.

A rock cracked my windshield and it couldn't be repaired. Luckily my glass coverage covered this and I scheduled a replacement with the East Syracuse Safelite on Saturday morning. They were busy so thought it would be a while. I got a call within an hour that the glass was installed and recalibration was all done. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful with questions. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service. Got it in quickly, completely replaced my windshield, recalibrated for the safety features, and got me out before they closed. 5 stars and the survey I receive will be getting all 10s!!!
