My windshield got a crack in it while driving on I-5 yesterday, and Safelite was able to have it replaced before noon today. Jared Isham was the technician, and he did a fantastic job. When he was finished and I came out to take a peak he mentioned that he had fixed my windshield wiper sprayer nozzle with spare parts from his van. I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, He needed a shout out. Lastly, as a woman at home alone, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or talk down to me. It was a pleasure to chat with him, and I'll recommend Safelite to anyone in need of auto glass.

I recently used Safelite for a windshield replacement. I arrived on time and was warmly greeted. A spacious and clean waiting area with warm beverages on offer. I am so happy with my experience. My tech named Tysonn was personable, efficient, polite and professional. He explained the after care of the repair of the windshield. Excellent customer care. 10/10.

So quick and easy! Dropped my car off with the super amazing gentleman he was so patient made sure I was comfortable and asked if I had any questions. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood the warranty. He got my windshield done in less the 45 minutes even though I showed up about thirty minutes early. My windshield is brand new and I love it thanks!

These guys were amazing! So I booked, an appointment with them, online, to have my rear window replaced. I work graveyards so I didn't want to make it too early, so I got an appointment for noon, the next day. Well I got off work, at 6am, and ended up forgetting to set my alarm, long story: I was almost 45 min. Late for my appt. And they still took me right in!! They were really cool, friendly, nice, very helpful despite me being late. I don't even think I waited an hour, before my car was done?! They quoted me 60-90min. I think altogether I was there for an hour, and 7min.?! My car was a mess, but they still did an amazing job cleaning up almost all the broken glass in my back seat! This particular store, is the one to go to! These guys will hook you up!!
