I had a great experience with this glass company. The technician was outstanding professional, courteous, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He called before arriving, let me know when he got there, and followed up when the job was complete. He carefully cleaned all the broken glass from my car, secured my keys exactly where I requested, and left everything spotless. He was respectful, efficient, and took pride in his work. My only complaint is that it took six days to get an appointment.

I was able to have Safelite Autoglass replace my windshield at my house in less than a week. It was great! They were polite and professional. The only snag I had was it was very hot out and the tape they left on my car stuck so hard to the roof that I had to buy special cleaning agents to get it off my car after the 2 hour wait was done.

I had a rock create a chip on my windshield. I contacted Safelite and they had a technician assess the damage and attempt to repair it. Unfortunately, the windshield was not repairable. Safelite was professional and efficient at scheduling my appointment for the windshield replacement. They even took my insurance information and handled the claim. This made the experience effortless and hassel free. Everyone was so pleasant, courteous, professional and customer service oriented. Excellent and superb team. Thank you and again.
