Appointment was easy to setup. Competitive pricing. They came to my work and were finished in under an hour. Complete windshield replacement. Sean was my installer and he was a pleasure to meet and I could immediately tell that he was going to do an excellent install. He also installed brand new windshield wipers and re-glued my rear view mirror that I supplied. My old truck looks like a million bucks now. Thank you Sean. And thank you Safelite 🙏

My daughter's car has a long crack from a rock. I used Safelite in Bentonville years ago and had a positive experience. I was pleased to see the online estimate included contacting my insurance company. The quote was higher than I expected. I completed the estimate online on a Wednesday, scheduled service for Tuesday, and on Monday it still said my claim was pending. They removed my original quote with no update. When I tried to call for clarification I had to deal with an AI bot and didn't have the option of speaking to a human. I canceled the service.

Only use this safelite if you have plenty of time to spare. I had a scheduled appointment at 2pm for a window replacement. They were currently working on one car window replacement when I got there. Another car showed up 10 minutes after mine for a repair. They had 3 cars in the garage at one time (including mine) and did not start working on mine until 55 minutes after my appointment started. The repair was done and left before they even began on my windshield. This is what I don’t understand about “scheduling appointments”. If I have a scheduled appointment time then why is it 55 minutes after the appointment has started before services were even started. Would not recommend using the in garage service. I was sitting waiting for over two hours for my car to be finished. And then the guy drove it around for 10-15 minutes before bringing it back. Walked in handed me keys and said I’m good to go. Terrible customer service. Highly disappointed. Won’t be back.

I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and effective the team at SAFELITE not only communicated with me but also helped me save money on the new windshield. They were efficient, fair, and very knowledgeable as well as professional.

They come to where I am. The technician is always polite and professional. It takes less than 2 hours to replace my windshield. Quality work, Friendly and that means a lot. I would highly recommend SAFELITE.
