Safelite AutoGlass

We booked an appointment through the Geico app to have our cracked windshield replaced at our residence at 11am on August 19th. We recieved no correspondence and no one showed up. We called at 11:30, they told us to come in to the store because they needed to recalibrate our Subarus "eye sight" cameras after installing the glass, I was unable to go, hence the at home appointment so my 8 month pregnant wife volunteered to go over there and sat in their office for 3 hours while they worked on the car. They then told us they were unable to recalibrate the cameras and that they would need to buy official Subaru glass to fix the problem. We came back this Saturday 29th and after another 3 hours of waiting, Rubin (good guy) told us the new glass still did not allow them to recalibrate the cameras with their software but that we should not worry and that they would not charge us until everything was fixed. He told us to expect a callback later that day to reschedule. No one called. We recieved a booking time which we could not attend so we called the store directly using a number Rubin provided us with... we called 3 times this morning to reschedule and no one answered. So we called safelite corporate and asked what was going on... They said the appointment was a "placeholder" and that a third replacement piece of glass needed to be installed. So we asked if we could just go to the Safelite in Loveland to have the cameras calibrated there and they said "it doesn't work like that". They told us to expect a call from the store manager... About an hour ago we recieved it and he proceeded to try to lecture my wife, excusing the lack of a new appointment by saying we needed to pay the deductible, despite what we were told in store... For half a job. My wife was upset and somehow had enough composure not tell this guy where to get off. This is still unresolved. Tldr: Non existance communication both with us and amongst themselves. Half a job done Talking down to my pregnant wife. Appalling

Had their mobile service come out to the ranch and replace windshields on two of our F350s. Scheduling online was easy, text messages kept me informed. Tech showed up on time and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely stellar customer service from the team here! My appointment for a camera/sensor calibration wasn't until 9:30 AM, but I dropped by at 6:40 AM hoping to use the key drop before taking an Uber to work. Even though they didn't open for almost an hour, the staff was already there and happily offered to take my vehicle right in. The young lady I spoke with, Annie I believe, was so kind and made the whole process completely effortless. They saved me a couple Uber trips and made my entire day so much simpler. It's incredibly rare to find people willing to go above and beyond like this. Highly recommend!

I’ve used these guys many times and have never been disappointed. They’re always on time within the time period given, it’s so convenient to have them come out and it’s so easy to reschedule which I had to do 3 times due to rain. Daniel was the one that recently replaced my windshield and there and there was an item that I have on my dash that had to be removed for the replacement, but he put it back when he was done so I thought that was super thoughtful.

Scheduled online for a windshield repair - our technician (Spencer) called that morning to confirm our repair window and told us that he would be there between 2 PM and 3 PM. He showed up early (yay!) and completed our service efficiently and expertly. He went above and beyond as the neighbors car died - he helped us jump it and then returned to finish the job. All done with a smile.
