Excellent job. Easy to work with. Unfortunately, the type of replacement we needed could not be accomplished at our home. We had to bring our car into the shop. We were able to schedule an appointment with not trouble. Safelite communicated with us throughout the process. They handled the insurance submittal. Our new windshield is great. Very happy.

It took 2 sepeate visits on 2 different days to actually bring the correct windshield New windshield was left with glue residue and dirty/ tape residue/ handprints all over it. My new cars Heads up display is now blurry as a double visioned person would see. Today I was driving in the rain and an alarm went off stating that the “auto lighting wiping system malfunction”. Who is going to come fix these two issues???

I was able to arrange service for the next day! Technician (Jonah) arrived early and had my Transit 350 windshield replaced quickly - without sacrificing precision and details! He even got my EZ Pass on the new wind shield! Highly recommend!

Very good with update here - found out later they broke a plastic hinge cover during the job and glued it back on with very sticky black liquid gasket (came loose and was rattling a week later). Was 5 stars previously. $20 part, $10 shipping, so not worth going back and making a fuss and I just bought from Ford and snapped new one on. Cover does require some pressure to reinstall at the right angle, so I can see a first timer snapping off the inside hooks. I just hate to see the black gasketing - just tell me dude. No response to my texts of photos. Im not a "person looked at me funny - 1 star!!!" guy, so just deducted a star. I'd use them again. Original review still stands: Tried working with my dealer first - took 3 weeks! Went to Safelite through Progressive and it was scheduled in 5 minutes. I was concerned since it was a Bronco hinged back window with hinges, washer, wiper, defroster, handle, struts, and gasketing. It was no big deal to Safelite and done in 2 hours. Email and text reminders were sent, and they called to let me know Ford delivery was late and rescheduled for the next day, so I didn't waste a day. The person who did the work called afterwards to let me know. Clean shop.
