Safelite AutoGlass

Had an appointment through USAA (82d Airborne Division Veteran here) a rock to my car while driving and I opted for mobile service on Saturday Aug 8, 2026 from 12 pm to 5 pm. Safeties Auto never called and never showed up. Have to take my car in now on Monday as an inconvenience to me and I have to pay about $64.00 dollars for the service. Go figure. Guys, you got to do a better job than this! I know this is Iowa, but come on now.

Avoid this place, they left shards of glass in my center console, on my dash and leather seats, they destroyed my window cowl, which is going to set me back over $200, and they left glue on my fender my door, my mirrors just a set. I've been trying to get something of a resolution, and apparently I have to track some people down, and hope they make it right. This is garbage.

They were able to come to my work and get me in! I really appreciate that. I work at a daycare so my hours fluctuate. My technician was really nice and let the children watch him while they were outside! The children love seeing new people! Thank you safelight for taking care of me.

Tech was sure professional, and did great work. They were a bit late due to earlier appointments in the morning taking longer than expected, but the tech let me know well in advance that he was behind. Did flawless work and treated my vehicle with care.

This was the worst windshield replacement I’ve ever seen. There’s scratches in the windshield, the weatherstripping on the outside doesn’t fill the gaps, the A pillar cover is off with exposed wires. I wouldn’t recommend the service if this is the quality you offer
