Totally painless. From setting up the appointment online to when he handed me back my keys, totally professional. Setting the appointment was quick and easy, just a few simple questions. Tech called prior arriving, explained the process, and within a couple hours I was ready to roll. Highly recommend them!

The technician did a good job with windshield replacement. The receptionist was very rude. We had a 9:30 appointment but she told us we were a drop off and it would be done before the end of the day. We do not live near by so we had to get a ride to our home 35 minutes away and wait. It was finally done 6 hours later and we had to get a ride back to pick up. We had proof of confirmed appointment time but receptionist was just rude and ignored it. She was not a friendly person that I would want representing my company. I guess we should of called the day before to confirm instead of trusting the text reminder of our appointment we had gotten. Camp Road, Hamburg location

I contacted my insurance company to submit a glass claim (less than a dime-sized chip in the windshield) and they were able to schedule a same-day at-home appointment with Safelite. The technician worked quickly and was polite. He even explained his work when I asked why it still looked like there was a chip🙃 NOTE: They did a structural repair and filled the chip with a resin. It was NOT a cosmetic repair. You can still see what looks like a chip but the windshield FEELS smooth when I run my finger over the area. The repair was covered by my insurance with no deductible.

Appointment was easy to make, they came to my house, replaced my windshield in about an hour and recalibrated my forward facing camera without issue, overall everything went great. Very happy with my installation, my installer was courteous and informative, new windshield looks great with no issues thus far. I would definitely recommend if you need to replace your windshield.

This place is always top notch! Never have I had an issue with the employees or the work they've done.! Always exceptional service and done in a timely manner. I couldn't do my "come to me" appointment because of the cold, and they put me in for a drop off ASAP! 10/10 will recommend again and again. Also, the only place I trust to get my windshield replaced!
