They lied in my face in front of witness, Friend came in for me to fix a windshield that they changed 3 months prior, Told her owner must be there to do inspection I came in, told me the window needs to be fixed, I asked my friend in front of the Manager if they looked they said no, so I asked how do you know?? Then went outside and still said no coverage bc of the wiper blade they changed, and I need to go online, he lied about looking and then blamed me for a 3 month old window. Ace autoglass maybe better solution. I'm done.. I will file against them if not resolved.

Easy scheduling, convenient installation where the technician comes to you, and quick professional installation. Technician very friendly and took care of my vehicle. The technician forgot to connect the windshield wiper hose. Minor mistake. I just had to reconnect hose. The entire experience was pleasant overall. I would definitely recommend this company to install damaged windshields.

I got an online quote from Safelite’s website within minutes after my wife told me she broke the rear glass. Within the same online session I scheduled a technician to come to our home and replace the broken glass. Everything went exactly as expected and as scheduled. No surprises. Absolutely professional work! Originally I opted to pay when the technician comes. Then I got 2 other quotes and to my surprise they were substantially higher. So I went back to Safelite’s website and opted to pay now haha. Apparently they didn’t charge my card until after the service was done. I did a good amount of research before committing to Safelite (before putting my credit card on the work order) and some of the reviews were saying that they are not the cheapest. Well they were the cheapest in my case. I do respect all other auto glass replacement businesses and I bet there are some hard working, excellent professionals that do flawless work as well and they have to make a living too, but after my experience with Safelite I would call them again even if they are not the cheapest. Hopefully we don’t have other broken windows though :)

EZ process. I contacted them via Inet, schedule tha appointment @ my convenience and they kept reminding me during the time between when I scheduled it to the time o' the appointment. The day came and Toloai, the service technician contacted me early in the AM to advise me o' the time he would drop by. He contacted me again earlier than expected to let me know he was in his way. Toloai attention to detail along w' ' his expertise made this experience a ZINCH. They took care o' all necessary paperwork w' my insurance company. I highly recommend SAFELITE

I’ve used this auto glass shop twice, once for a windshield replacement and once for a rear window, and unfortunately both experiences have been very disappointing. The front windshield installation was poorly done. The rubber seal does not stay in place, and I constantly have to fix it myself, especially after going through a car wash or even after heavy rain. That should never happen with a properly installed windshield. The rear window is even worse. The glass they installed appears to be low quality, it visibly distorts and blurs the image when you look through it. On top of that, the sealing work around the spoiler area was done very poorly, allowing water to leak into the car. Because of this, I now have rust spots inside my vehicle for the first time, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. To be honest, I’ve had better experiences at shops I’ve used at night with much higher ratings than this place. The store I’m referring to is ACE AUTO GLASS on South Beretania, which, in my experience, performs far better than what I received here. Overall, the workmanship and quality of materials used were not up to standard. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience, as both repairs resulted in defects and additional problems instead of solutions.
