Safelite AutoGlass

Safelite is as amazing. They came to my home to do the repair. They didn’t need anything special. The tech Matt replaced it right in the street in about 40 minutes. He called before twice to narrow down the timeline for his arrival. This made it really nice because I could continue with my day as normal. I don’t know why anyone would use anyone other company. Thanks Matt!!

Overall excellent experience! Replaced my cracked windshield thru insurance, original appointment had to be rescheduled due to a missing part, but I appreciate the tech (Justin/Dustin?) who explained that a special clip was needed for proper installation and he didn’t want to proceed without doing it correctly. In the end new windshield looks great, all calibration seems correct.

AAA scheduled my appointment as soon as I made my claim. My installer had great communication. They give you a big window at first 12-6 but my installer sent texts as I requested to let me when he was coming and was able to come earlier. He explained everything. Super easy. I was very pleased.

Truly excellent experience. My windshield was extremely messed up from a semi that strategic organic object into it so I had to replace my whole windshield. The team were polite and courteous. And the process was done extremely quickly, at least by my standards. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Fast, convenient on the spot, great customer service and communication. Appreciated but declined the light no pressure upsale which otherwise can be a huge turnoff. However corporate should absolutely have the mandatory recycling charge included in their estimates. Just seems like a sneaky way to keep their estimates lower than the actual final price. Dont do that! Technician was polite and very professional and was a 10 out of 10.
