Safelite AutoGlass

Andrew was skilled with the repair equipment and a good conversationalist. He clearly set my expectations of chip repair risks up front and talked through the process. Initiating the repair through my insurance company to the Safelite scheduling was pretty simple. I would use Safelite again for glass repair covered by insurance.

Safelite and the local technician that came to my house to replace my windows was thorough, explained his work, and care following his work. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. This is the second experience I have had with them in the last few years due to glass damage beyond my control. Every encounter has been an excellent experience.

I had an outstanding experience with Safelite AutoGlass! They came out on incredibly short notice to fix both my Acura MDX’s front windshield and the back glass. The communication was top-notch—Casey at the front desk was so kind and efficient. Carlos, the manager, was professional and made everything so easy. Luis, the technician, did a fantastic job—both windshields look better than ever! They were so accommodating to my needs and made me feel truly taken care of on a professional level. Five stars!

The technician who replaced my 2004 windshield is very great at his job no glass insight after he left. My dogs liked him and means this company bites hard workers and nice people. The one thing I did not like is the phone system not being answered by humans !!! I tried to avoid this by going to locals glass installations and replacement shops in town but it would take weeks to get the glass: so I chose this company due to the song from the commercial, I chose the Mobil service option and it was a one week away scheduling . It was worth the wait. For my 2004 Lexus gs 300 and new wipers I payed $418 ( 36 dollar recycling fee, had I known about that fee I would have requested for the technician to leave the original glass on property. Hope this helps someone 👍

I had my windshield crack back in December of 2025 from a semi kicking up a rock on the highway. I went online to schedule an appointment for Safelite to replace my windshield. It was a very easy to process to navigate. I picked a date and time that I wanted, and submitted my insurance policy number online. There was a hiccup with my insurance but the ladies I spoke with from Safelite were more than helpful and helped me resolve it quickly so I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. (Sorry I don’t remember their names, but I appreciate you ladies tremendously!) Safelite sent me confirmation texts up until the day of my appointment, Cory, my tech, called me the morning of my appointment to confirm my time and confirm the service. He later showed up at my apartment and asked for my keys, gave me an overview of the services he was going to provide, and told me he would be done in about an hour or so. Afterwards, he returned my keys, gave me a rundown of how everything went, and gave me instructions to follow for the next 24 hours (like not going through the car wash etc). He told me he found $10 that was stuck in between my windshield and returned it to me! This was so kind of him, because I didn’t know it was there and he easily could’ve pocketed the cash for himself. Great customer service and the service was seriously so fast! My windshield looks amazing :)
