Safelite AutoGlass

This has been the worst experience Ive had with Safelite. They've replaced my windshields before but at this location my appointment turned into over a 10 hour wait. I scheduled the appointment for 9:30 am. Dropped my car off before. Was the 3rd in line and was told by one of the staff members that I was next in line, my car should be done around 3, and pick up time was between 4 and 5. Was also told they would be calling me close to the finish time. I show up at 4:45 and my window wasn't even replaced yet. I got a text message at 5:30pm saying my car was being worked on. I was the last car out of the shop at 7pm. If you can choose any other location I would recommend it. The lobby was filled with people waiting for their cars.

1st off... the whole process was amazing!! filed a claim with insurance and just paid the deductible... we were in constant communication and the appt. was set... our technician was Michael and he was nothing short of unbelievable!! extremely knowledgeable, meticulous and so friendly!! would recommend highly

Excellent service! Showed up on schedule. Manny was very helpful. Explaining everything I needed to know and understand about the process. I was in good hands. The work was done better than the dealer, the customer service is legendary . I recommend Safelite repair to everyone.

I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes late (life happens). The manager at the counters simply dismissed me saying that the policy of the company is 15-minute grace period. BEWARE If you're late BEYOND THE 15 minutes to your appointment, they will NOT replace your glass!!! Are you kidding me??? Even the doctor's office gives you a 30-minute Grace period!!! I guess I wasn't meant to replace the glass by them!!! Safelite was going to charge me $1,200 and I found somebody that would do it for $440 on the same day. Skip them. Take somebody who's cheaper without time restrictions. It's the same glass with the same sensors that everybody's replacing. They're NOT Different!!!! Don't overpay them!

Total disappointment. Way overpriced. The staff was rude to my wife, they left the windshield dirty, and there was trash inside my car — specifically old windshield sealer/caulk left on the floor mats. And I paid around $1,300 for a windshield replacement? Absolutely unacceptable. Never again.
