I had a rock crack my windshield and while it started out as a small crack, by the following day it had spread halfway across my windshield. I scheduled an appointment with Safelite to come to my work to minimize the interruption of my routine. The tech assigned to my repair, James, called to let me know when he was on the way and notified me of his arrival so I could bring my key out. He replaced my windshield while I continued my workday and called me when he was finished (the job took right around an hour) so I could get my key back. He was very professional and very courteous. I was very satisfied with the whole process and would use Safelite again.

Logan provided one of the best service experiences I’ve had. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and genuine care for the customer truly stood out. It is rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work while also making the customer feel comfortable and valued. Logan absolutely deserves the highest recognition for his outstanding service.

The service was excellent, super fast and quality. The whole process through the website was easy; they took care of everything with the insurance, and the windshield was replaced exactly with the OEM part, even though they had a cheaper aftermarket option, but due to my car's technology, the OEM was recommended. I recommend them 150%!

I've had to have my windshield replaced twice in the past 6 months. Both times because of a giant rock flying over and cracking my windshield. Safelite got both times done in under a week. The technicians were great. And the work is phenomenal. It's like looking through beautiful crystal glass. Fast and affordable.
