This company sent a tech to my location who arrived exactly when they said. The windshield was replaced in short order. Carey was very professional and friendly. spot on estimation of job time also. My car looks great with the new window. These guys know their business and know how to treat people which can be hard to find these days. Overall great company in my opinion. I'd use them again no doubt..

Ben was excellent and offered to come earlier than planned. My windshield was replaced in a timely fashion and Ben explained everything clearly and reviewed the work once completed. Very professional throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend

Not happy about this service, Insurance Claim maybe hurt, or weekend warrior not happy about working on Saturday ?? Not sure, but definitely "sub-par" work. Wires hanging, transponder not replaced, debris all over the place.

My vehicle was left damaged by Chandler from Safelite. After the windshield was replaced I started my vehicle and a rubber weatherstrip that was left in the engine bay was pulled into the fan. I then noticed the wiper cowl not fastened down and falling off with broken fasteners and screws dropped into holes to appear in place but fasteners beneath broken as well. I called to report the damage and was told "The parts were stuck so I had to just break them all and I did not have anything to fix it so I will have my manager call you." A manager never called and my vehicle is still left unsafe to drive. Very bad experience and I am working to hold safelite accountable for the damage they have caused to my vehicle.

TLDR: Safelite in Lunenburg was very easy to do business with and did a fantastic job replacing my car's windshield. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Details: After a tractor trailer threw up a rock and hit my car windshield squarely in the middle cracking it, I needed a repair or maybe a replacement. My insurance company recommended Safelite so I promptly went to their website to look for the nearest shop. Astonishingly it was in nearby Lunenburg. I scheduled an appointment online which was a super-simple process and got a same-day appointment. When I arrived at the shop, I noticed it was spacious and clean. The nice lady at the counter had my information ready and said they'd be with me shortly. I took a seat and noticed the chairs were higher quality. The chairs aren't flimsy, cheap chairs. These are solid, professional ones with firm cushioning and great back support. In about ten minutes or so, the technician came to me asking if I was interested in a repair or replacement. The website guides you to what to choose, but the damage fell in between the choices the site gave. I picked the best option, repair, and told the tech this. He said he understood why I choose repair, but said in his experience the damage might increase when trying to repair it, so a replacement is probably the best and quicker route. I agreed and they changed the work order to a replacement. I would have to come back the next day which was fine. About an hour before my appointment, I get a call stating that the replacement glass they received was damaged so they need to reorder and reschedule me. No big deal, so we moved the appointment two days out. I arrived for my appointment a little early, checked in, and took a seat. I was quoted it may take one to two hours which I was fine with. It looked like one car was ahead of mine so I figure I'd be an hour or so wait. I got an email with the pre-authorization receipt and info which was great. What I liked about the waiting room is you can see the techs working. About 30 minutes after my arrival, my car was taken in and they went to work. I watched the techs work expeditiously, yet cautiously as they removed the old windshield and installed the new one. It's really neat how windshields are replaced. After all said and done, I waited just under 90 minutes for my car. The technician, Trevor, gave me my key and advised not to wash the car for a couple of days. All the info would be emailed to me so I was good to go. The glass was crystal clear, no smudges, no damage. While driving home I was sent an "We've completed your service!" email with a receipt. All digital which I love. I hate physical paperwork. Honestly, I didn't expect a national chain to handle my issue so cleanly and effortlessly. If you need your windshield replaced, I can't recommend Safelite in Lunenburg enough!
