Customer service was great. In initially helping me set up mobile appointment and finding correct window for my truck. Agent that installed it was very professional and overall job was done quickly and clean. 💯 satisfied with overall experience and product.

Windshield got installed. A few problems not related to the windshield. I was not aware that if they call you to confirm the appointment, and you do not answer, you are automatically taken off the install schedule. I called the customer service number to find out what happed to my appointment and got an automated message telling me all appointments are scheduled on line, and there are no further options to talk to a live person. I had to drive to the store and explain my problem and was added back to the schedule. Install started 1 hour later. New windshield was left with finger prints all over it and a smudge of glue/grease/sealant next to the rearview mirror. Mirror is now also loose. Interior dash was covered with dirt and debris from the install. All persons I dealt with were very pleasant. Clean up after install could be inproved.

This customer service experience was incredibly unprofessional. When I called in, the person said, “Give me a moment.” I assumed they were working on my issue, but then they came on the line and said, “I needed to handle something.” What on earth? Nothing to do with my issue. To make matters worse, they replaced my font windshield and lost the rain sensor holder. When they returned, they informed me that the rain sensor holder was missing and had not been replaced properly. It was a terrible experience.

Getting my windshield replaced was super quick and easy, from calling my insurance rep to getting the final result! I got next-day service at my home. Both my insurance rep and technician were super friendly...no stress! Couldn't ask for a better experience!
