Highly recommend! Everything was handled online and by phone. Quick appointment availability. It’s so nice having them come to you. I was able to coordinate with them as I wasn’t home during the repair. Extremely convenient. The technician,Jamarcus, was great with excellent communication.

Setting up appointment thru insurance claim was easy. Had an appointment, got there 5 mins early, handed my keys, handed the check for payment, wait an hour and a half and got my car. Windshield looked great and HUD looked great as well. Great experience overall. Also much more affordable than what the dealership was going to charge, significantly more affordable.

The only reason i marked 1 star is because it didn't allow me to put a 0 and post my review. I've used your company probably 6 times in the last 3 years, in fact you were just at my house last week to fix my step son's window, however this experience will be my last! You're technician didn't use a fender protector (if he would have asked me I have a blanket made just for that) didn't pay attention what he was doing and rubbed the paint off of the fender on my new 64,000 dollar jeep, now I'm going to have to use a vacation day to take my new jeep back to my dealership to get a quote for repair which I pray can be done quickly, set up the appointment, to be painted and the 1000.00 protective coat I paid for reapplied, and take the quote to your office to schedule a rental vehicle and be paid for the damage. Also I've never had a vehicle window replaced when the technician didn't put tape around the new glass, I have very little faith the the new glass will be up to standard, the manager of the store location tried to calibrate the new glass but wasn't able to do so, this is something that will have to be done at my dealership. But he was very professional trying to calm me down, it wasn't his fault this happened, but I have to wonder if this was the technician first attempt making the repair.

It looks terrible! I’m so disappointed. I would have replaced the entire windshield had I known the outcome. The technician said it would still be somewhat visible but this is terrible.The cracks are still visible and look like they will grow. I would have appreciated some honesty and told this won’t fix the problem and, instead, should replace the windshield.

Great experience! The tech was very nice. He kept me up to date on progress with windshield. They came on a Saturday which was perfect for me. I am very pleased with my windshield! Will definitely use them again.
