Overbooked and didn't manage expectations at all. I showed up on time to my reservation but was still considered an all-day job. There were half a dozen cars that still needed to be worked on before mine. The technicians were cherrypicking the easy cars and left mine for last because it was a "3-hour job" and couldn't promise it would be done by end of day.

It's been 5 weeks since my windshield repair appointment at the Bedford Hills NY location. They broke the internal rear view mirror attachment. I was told it was on order. Never got a straight answer as from where it was ordered or when it would arrive. Manager has avoided me, head tech passes the buck. No one answers the phone. This was to be pushed up the line to someone with authority. I never received a call. It's too bad the rating system forces me to give one star. They deserve less.

I had some difficulty scheduling my appointment because whenever I called it would just hang up on me. However, I used the “chatbot” feature and the bot was able to help me. On the day of my appointment I was uneasy because the person who greeted me told me someone called out and my repair might not happen that day. This was very anxiety provoking because I had to work and my family took out a lot of time to bring me to the ONLY location in Westchester. I dropped my car off at 9am for an “all day” appointment. My car was done by noon. Overall it turned out fine, but was a pretty annoying experience to be honest.

I am very satisfied with the windshield replacement I needed. I was able to go online and book an appointment to any Safelite AutoGlass location. I know that they can come to me but depending on the weather - if it rains - you need to make sure you have coverage for the technician to come to you. It's best to go to their facilities. It took about 3 hours to do. I was able to come and go as I pleased at the facility. My technician did a superb job at the replacement, calibrated it, and he answered all my questions that I had about it. I think the replacement was better than the original windshield to be honest!! The receptionist was very helpful and upbeat - HE DOES A GREAT JOB! He was able to apply my coupon that I received at a later time. And at this point I would recommend them as my first (and hopefully last) replacement was a job well done!

Safelite in Mt. Kisco was so great to work with. Andre took great care of my car and delivered it on time despite a repair hiccup, and was friendly and communicative throughout. Henry at the desk answered all of my questions (even the silly ones) and I overheard him on a challenging customer service call while I waited for my vehicle, and he remained friendly and composed long past the point most people would have have given up. The cost was significantly more reasonable than other local options, and I would recommend this location to anyone who needs glass service!!
